## How an engagement is structured

Begin with the business process and its owner. Agree the source material, the intended outcome, what a person must review and the conditions for accepting the work. Start with a bounded implementation and representative tests. For ongoing work, define responsibilities, access, review cadence and support scope. Handover includes the documentation and ownership agreed in the engagement.

The enterprise explorer shows a typical process, not evidence of a completed engagement with any prospect. The academy tools calculate from visitor inputs in the browser; their default figures are illustrative and are not client results. AI tool choice can change with the task and product version. Compare actual applications, permissions and accepted outputs rather than treating a model name as a permanent ranking.
