- BuildContent, integrations and migration agreed in writing, with named responsibilities on both sides.
- HandoverLaunch checks, agreed review points and a handover your own team can run.

What your proposal defines
- Pages and templates: the pages and templates included, listed in your proposal.
- Content and languages: who supplies the content and which languages are included.
- CMS and integrations: the CMS and any integrations, named in the proposal.
- Migration: what moves over from your current website, if anything.
- Revisions: the review rounds agreed in the proposal.
- Handover and support: the handover, and any support after launch, as agreed.
- Hosting and third party fees: hosting, domains, licences and other third party costs are agreed separately.
