What we collect
When you contact us, submit a task, or request work, we collect your name, email address, company context, and the content of your request. When payment is needed, Stripe or Wise may process payment details. We do not store card data.
How we use it
We use your information to scope, deliver, support, and improve the work you requested. We do not sell your data. We only share data with service providers needed to run the business, such as hosting, analytics, payment, email, and project delivery tools.
Cookies and analytics
Until you accept, no cookies are set. Google Analytics runs in consent mode with all storage denied, which counts the page visit without a cookie, a client identifier, or anything that can be traced back to you. Microsoft Clarity, which records sessions, does not load at all unless you accept. If you accept, both run normally and you can withdraw at any time by clearing this site's storage in your browser or emailing hello@dlvx.co.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email hello@dlvx.co and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
