Privacy Policy

What we collect
When you contact us, submit a task, or request work, we collect your name, email address, company context, and the content of your request. When payment is needed, Stripe or Wise may process payment details. We do not store card data.
How we use it
We use your information to scope, deliver, support, and improve the work you requested. We do not sell your data. We only share data with service providers needed to run the business, such as hosting, analytics, payment, email, and project delivery tools.
Cookies and analytics
Analytics is on by default for every visitor. When you open a page, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity (which records how the page is used, such as clicks and scrolling) and the Meta Pixel load and set their cookies. The cookie notice at the bottom of the page tells you this. Clicking OK only hides the notice.
You can opt out at any time with the opt out link in the notice or the control below. Opting out is stored in this browser: from then on Google Analytics, Clarity and the Meta Pixel stop sending anything for this browser, and we send no further events for it to Meta. Clearing this site's storage in your browser resets the choice. You can also email hello@dlvx.co.
Meta ad measurement and how to opt out
We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure whether our ads work. This is on by default. When you request a free check, start a checkout or buy, we tell Meta that this happened, with a one way hash of your email, your browser and IP details and the Meta cookies (_fbp, _fbc). Meta receives this event data for ad measurement and uses it under its own terms and privacy policy, not only to provide a service to us. The server events reach Meta through Composio, a relay that processes them only to deliver them to Meta for us. We never send the content of your questions or your results.

Opting out stops Google Analytics, Clarity and the Pixel at once and stops us sending any further events for this browser to Meta.
Google Ads website enquiry measurement
On the website proposal form, Google Ads measurement requires a separate optional opt in. After your enquiry is saved, we send Google its unique saved reference to measure an enquiry, not a sale. We do not send your name, email, brief or project price in this conversion event. With that opt in, ad click identifiers may be retained for 30 minutes in session storage and saved with your enquiry and consent record. Google processes measurement data under its own privacy policy. The opt out control above stops future measurement and clears our stored Google consent and click identifiers.
ChatGPT ad measurement
When configured, the OpenAI measurement pixel records page visits and successfully saved campaign enquiries. It uses the ad click reference and browser identifier stored in first-party cookies (__oppref and __obref) to measure whether ChatGPT ads led to an enquiry. Our lead event contains a saved enquiry reference, not the contents of your brief, your email or the proposed project price. OpenAI receives this data under its own privacy policy. The same opt out control above stops this measurement for your browser.
Thailand (PDPA)
This notice is given under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019). It tells you what analytics data we collect, why, and how to opt out. You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing hello@dlvx.co.
AI visibility check and diagnostic
For the free check we store your website address, your questions and your email. For the paid diagnostic we also store your intake answers, your order and payment status. We use this only to run your check or diagnostic and to send you the result.
Retention: free check records, including your email, are deleted after 180 days unless you buy the diagnostic. Orders, intake answers and result pages are deleted after 400 days. If an email to you bounces or is marked as spam, we keep a one way hash of the address for 400 days so we never write to it again.
Processors: DataForSEO (asks Google AI Mode and OpenAI's models with web search on our behalf; your questions and site address are sent, not your email), Upstash (stores records), Resend (sends the emails), Stripe (takes the payment), Vercel (hosts the site) and Composio (relays the ad measurement events described above from our servers to Meta). Each of these processes the data only to provide its service to us. Meta is not in that group: it is an independent recipient of the ad measurement event data described above and uses it under its own terms and privacy policy.
DLVX Academy accounts
Academy introductions, curriculum outlines and guide previews are public. A verified account with your name, email, role and company is required for full guides and lessons. You can identify yourself as independent or between roles. We use your role and company to understand which professional roles and teams the Academy serves. We also store your optional learning goal, completed decisions, final-check answers and results, and any completion certificate you earn. We use account and learning records to sign you in, save your place, validate completion and provide your certificate. Necessary sign-in cookies keep your account session working.
No newsletter subscription. Your Academy email is used for sign-in and account messages. Creating an account does not enrol you in a marketing list or sales sequence.
Certificates are private by default. If you enable public verification, anyone with the link can see the certificate name, programme, revision, result, issue date and credential ID. Your email is not included. You can turn public verification off again.
Supabase stores account and learning records, Resend delivers sign-in codes, and Vercel hosts the service. We also keep hashed abuse-prevention records and any lesson feedback you submit. Curriculum reviews use feedback counts without learner identities or raw notes. Account and certificate records remain available for your continuing use; there is no automatic account expiry. To request access, correction, export or removal, email hello@dlvx.co. Please do not put customer information or other sensitive data in your learning goal or lesson feedback.

You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Email hello@dlvx.co and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
