What cookies are used
We use essential cookies to keep the site, dashboard, authentication, and security controls working.
Analytics cookies are on by default for every visitor: Google Analytics (_ga), Microsoft Clarity (_clck, _clsk) and the Meta Pixel (_fbp, _fbc). The cookie notice says so; clicking OK only hides it. You can opt out here or with the opt out link in the notice at any time, and these measurement tools stop for this browser.
Google Ads website enquiry measurement
The website proposal form has a separate, optional Google Ads measurement checkbox. The Google Ads tag is configured only after an opted-in enquiry is saved and may use advertising cookies to attribute it. Our session storage retains permitted click identifiers for up to 30 minutes and saved reference IDs to prevent duplicate conversions. Clicking OK on the notice does not grant this opt in. The privacy opt out stops future measurement and clears our stored Google consent and click identifiers.
ChatGPT ad measurement
When configured, the OpenAI measurement pixel uses __oppref (up to 30 days) and __obref (up to 365 days) to connect visits and saved enquiries to ChatGPT ads. The analytics opt out also stops this pixel and asks it to remove its cookies.
Third-party tools
Some embedded tools, forms, payment flows, analytics, or video providers may set their own cookies when you interact with them. Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam. Those providers are responsible for their own cookie handling.
Managing cookies
You can opt out of analytics with the opt out link in the cookie notice or on the privacy page, or manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the service from working.
