+ problemWhat the client asked for
Pro Pick is a boutique condo agency in Bangkok. The website was the smallest part of the problem. The real inventory lived in a spreadsheet, enquiries arrived across LINE, email and three portals, and nobody could say which source produced a deal.
+ processHow it was built
Not a website job, a lead system: the site first, then a custom CRM where every enquiry is owned and attributed, then an AI agent that answers and qualifies around the clock so a lead is never sitting unread overnight.
+ outcomeWhat shipped and what it changed
Search Console numbers are ours to claim, they measure the website we built: Google clicks over 28 days went from 39 to 79, impressions from 1,163 to 3,955, average position from 15.9 to 13.5, all read live. The lead counts are the agency's own CRM, entered by their own staff. We include them because they are the reason the work mattered, not as a result we produced: new leads went from 67 in July to 115 in August, and referral as a source more than doubled.
+ the technical winThe website contact form has produced three enquiries in its life. The lift did not come from a form, it came from owning the pipe: capture, attribution and follow-up in one place, instead of paying a portal every month for leads that were never theirs.
