erp integration / legacy bridges

erp integration.

keep your sap, oracle, dynamics or thai accounting system exactly where it is. we wire it into everything modern in 12 weeks, and it just works.

your erp is not the problem. the wall around it is. we tear that wall down. bangkok manufacturers, importers, hospitality groups and professional services firms come to us running sap, oracle netsuite, microsoft dynamics, infor, sage, express accounting, businessplus or formula erp, and they leave with that same erp talking to shopify, shopee, lazada, line oa, claude and their own dashboards. no rip and replace. no thb 12 million migration. no consultant telling you to wait two years. we are the studio that built the careers platform the belgian federal finance ministry hires through, and we ship the same integration discipline out of our sukhumvit studio.

00 . the short answer

straight answers, updated 4 september 2026.

01

how much does erp integration cost in bangkok?

ERP integration starts at USD 16,500, scope-dependent, fixed price per phase, with every price published up front. A paid 30-minute intake call comes first, then a transparent quote lands in your inbox inside 48 hours with sprint length and the protocol plan per flow. Terms are 50/50 under USD 25k, 30/40/30 above it. USD invoice, THB equivalent shown at 32.93.

02

how long does an erp integration project take?

Discovery takes 2 to 4 weeks, build takes 10 to 20 weeks depending on flow count and ERP complexity, cut-over takes 2 weeks, then 90 days of post-launch care. A medium-complexity bridge with 3 to 6 flows runs 14 to 24 weeks total. Bigger programmes split into sequential sprints with sign-off between each.

03

do you replace our erp or integrate with it?

DLVX integrates and never replaces. The bridge layer sits between the legacy system and the modern stack, so the ERP team keeps doing what they do while Shopify, LINE OA and Claude get the data they need. Replacing an ERP is a decade-long bet, integrating it is a 12 to 24 week bet that ships.

01 . what it is

the service in detail.

stack: next.js + supabase + integration layerprotocols: soap, rest, edi, sftp, scheduled csvthai-specific: express accounting, businessplus, formula erplanguages: en + th where ops demands it

nobody replaces a real erp and lives to brag about it. every bangkok manufacturer, food importer and hotel group has watched the same movie: a consultant quotes a thb 12 million sap replacement, the board signs, and month 8 arrives with nothing shipped and the project cancelled. the erp holds master data, inventory, finance, payroll and the customer master. replacing it is a decade-long bet you lose. integrating it is a 12-week bet you win. we only take the bet that wins.

read the full detail (3 more)

we build the integration layer, and it is the whole game. sap on-premise feeding a next.js storefront. oracle netsuite feeding a line oa service bot. microsoft dynamics driving a live shopee and lazada sync. infor or sage feeding a claude-powered finance ops workflow. express accounting, businessplus and formula erp bridged into the exact same shape. we speak whatever your erp speaks: soap for sap, rest for netsuite, sftp or edi for the old supply chain gear, scheduled csv when the vendor has locked every other door. there is no erp in this city we cannot reach.

the architecture is calm on purpose, because calm is what survives a monday. an integration layer in the aws region you choose or on fly.io, supabase as the cache and event log, idempotent jobs that shrug off a network blip, a written runbook for every single flow. your erp team keeps doing exactly what they do. your new systems get the data they have been begging for. nobody argues with the sap consultant about a database change, because we never touch the database. the bridge owns the contract.

then there is the part agencies from london and singapore get wrong every time: the trilingual ops reality of a thai company. finance and ops working in thai inside the erp, customers served in thai and english, expat management reading english only. we normalise thai-language master data to a clean utf-8 spine, synthesise english reporting on top, and push line oa or microsoft teams alerts in the right register for the right role. eu engineering standards, a desk on sukhumvit, and a thai partner in the room. that combination does not exist anywhere else in bangkok.

02 . who it is for

bangkok teams that get stuck here.

archetype 01

a bangkok-headquartered food importer on sap b1

sap business one on-premise, 200+ skus, three warehouses, consumer lines selling on shopee and lazada, a thai b2b sales team living in line and whatsapp. we make sap push price and stock to both marketplaces automatically, and we hand the sales team a line oa flow that checks stock, generates a quote and takes the order. we have already scoped this exact soap bridge pattern for a 75-year-old ifs-certified food importer's 30-year-old erp, protocol chosen and flows mapped. we know the failure modes before you hit them.

archetype 02

a bangkok hospitality group on opera or rms

two hotels on sukhumvit, one resort in hua hin. oracle opera or rms cloud, a pos, siteminder as channel manager, and a guest crm that is honestly a google sheet. we wire the pms into a claude-powered guest journey: pre-arrival messaging in thai and english, in-stay upsell, post-stay review capture. live in weeks, not the months of custom development a vendor typically quotes for this scope.

archetype 03

a bangkok professional services firm on dynamics

law or accounting, 80+ staff, microsoft dynamics for time and billing, sharepoint for documents, line oa for clients. we make dynamics feed a claude-powered research and contract automation workflow with pdpa-grade access controls and a full audit trail. we built the careers platform the belgian federal finance ministry hires through. regulated, audited, high-stakes data is our home ground.

03 . what you receive

concrete delivery, no abstractions.

04 . timeline

the studio method, four phases.

phase 0

discover.

2 to 4 weeks

paid 30-minute intake, then a paid 2 to 4-week discovery: interviews with your erp admin and the ops teams, data model mapped, protocol chosen per flow, technical spec and sprint plan written. fixed fee, credited to the build. you finish this phase with a document worth keeping even if you never hire us.

phase 1

architect.

weeks 1-2 of build

integration layer provisioned, adapters scaffolded, first read-only flow live and validating inside two weeks. your erp admin signs the contract before any write flow is switched on. nothing writes to your system of record until your own people say go.

phase 2

build.

weeks 3 to n-1

flows land in priority order, read-only first, writes behind a feature flag. a working demo every friday, no exceptions and no status decks. observability live by mid-sprint. acceptance tests catalogued and signed as we go, so the final week is boring.

phase 3

scale.

final 2 weeks + 90 days

production cut-over with a written rollback plan, dns, monitoring, training in english for ops and in thai for finance. 90-day care starts immediately. full handover documentation is in your hands before the final invoice leaves ours.

05 . pricing

transparent. no hidden lines.

price by scopefixed per phase

erp integration from usd 16,500, fixed price per phase, every number published before you commit. erp work runs longer than anything else we do because the legacy contract is the constraint: 12 to 24 weeks end to end. transparent quote in your inbox inside 48 hours of a 30-minute intake call, while other agencies are still booking the discovery workshop. usd on the invoice, thb equivalent shown at 32.93. stripe usd, wise usd or thai bank transfer. terms 50/50 under usd 25k, 30/40/30 at usd 25k and above.

06 . proof

cases that carry this service.

07 . questions

what bangkok buyers ask first.

01

do you replace the erp or integrate with it?

we integrate, always. nobody replaces a real erp inside one engagement and nobody should try. our bridge sits between the legacy erp and the modern stack. your erp team keeps doing what they do, your new systems finally get the data, and your database is never touched. replacement is a decade-long bet. integration is a 12 to 24-week bet that ships.

02

we run a thai-specific erp (express accounting, businessplus, formula erp). does this still work?

yes, and this is where the foreign agencies quietly bow out. express accounting and businessplus expose csv or sftp, occasionally rest. formula erp has a richer api. discovery maps the available protocol for every data domain, then we build the adapter. thai master data comes out normalised to clean utf-8, english reporting is synthesised on top, and line oa or teams alerts land in the right register for each role. we have a thai partner in the room for exactly this.

03

what about pdpa for cross-system data flows?

pdpa is in the architecture, not stapled on at the end. explicit purpose of processing per flow, retention per data category, a data subject rights endpoint when volume warrants it, consent flows documented, supabase rls enforcing access row by row. cross-border flows get eu ai act and gdpr alignment alongside pdpa, because we have been building to eu standards out of brussels since 2021. the governance pack is a deliverable you own.

04

what is the typical timeline?

discovery 2 to 4 weeks. build 10 to 20 weeks depending on flow count and how hostile your erp side is. cut-over 2 weeks. then 90 days of care. a medium bridge of 3 to 6 flows is 14 to 24 weeks total. big programmes split into sequential sprints with sign-off between each, so you can stop after any one of them and still own something that works.

05

are you physically in bangkok?

yes, and it changes everything. we run a studio in the sukhumvit corridor with a thai senior partner, mameaw. we come to your office, your warehouse, your hotel front desk and your erp admin's room. utc+7, no overnight handoff to a team in europe, english-first communication and a 24-hour email response. the offshore vendor emailing you from another timezone cannot match that.

06

english or thai for the engagement?

engagement and documentation in english, training in english for ops and in thai for finance when your finance team is thai-native. line oa and teams alerts are bilingual wherever the role demands it. your thai-fluent reviewers validate the thai workflows during phase 2, so nothing ships that your own staff cannot read.

07

can the build qualify for boi software promotion?

we flag it during discovery. boi activity 8 covers software development, digital platforms and digital content, and while an erp bridge alone does not trigger it, the wider software operation around it often does. we map what qualifies, your boi consultant or in-house counsel files it. we have been running the bangkok studio since 2024 and know where this conversation goes.

08

how much does erp integration cost in bangkok?

ERP integration starts at USD 16,500, scope-dependent, fixed price per phase, and every price is published on this page before you talk to anyone. A paid 30-minute intake call comes first, then a transparent quote lands in your inbox inside 48 hours with sprint length and the protocol plan per flow. Terms are 50/50 under USD 25k, 30/40/30 above it. USD invoice, THB equivalent shown at 32.93.

09

how long does an erp integration project take?

Discovery takes 2 to 4 weeks, build takes 10 to 20 weeks depending on flow count and ERP complexity, cut-over takes 2 weeks, then 90 days of post-launch care. A medium-complexity bridge with 3 to 6 flows runs 14 to 24 weeks total. Bigger programmes split into sequential sprints with sign-off between each, so you own working software at every checkpoint.

10

do you replace our erp or integrate with it?

DLVX integrates and never replaces. The bridge layer sits between the legacy system and the modern stack, so the ERP team keeps doing what they do while Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, LINE OA and Claude finally get the data they need. We never touch your database. Replacing an ERP is a decade-long bet, integrating it is a 12 to 24 week bet that ships.

11

what do you actually deliver in an erp integration project?

Seven things: a signed 15 to 30 page integration spec, a hosted integration layer, protocol adapters for SOAP, REST, EDI, SFTP or scheduled CSV, Thai master data normalised to clean UTF-8, a PDPA governance pack with row-level access controls, a 20-page handover manual, and 90 days of post-launch care with two tuning passes. The code sits in your own repo from day one.

12

can you connect sap business one to shopee and lazada?

Yes, that is a standard bridge for us. SAP Business One on-premise pushes price and inventory to Shopee and Lazada, and a LINE OA workflow handles B2B stock checks, quotes and order entry. SOAP is the usual protocol on SAP B1. Nothing changes inside the SAP database, because the bridge owns the contract.

13

has dlvx done a soap integration on a legacy erp before?

DLVX has scoped exactly this pattern for Hottlet Foods, a 75-year-old IFS-certified food importer whose trilingual Next.js platform DLVX already designed and shipped, live today. The SOAP bridge into their 30-year-old on-premise Lisa ERP is mapped as the next phase: protocol chosen, flows defined, ready to build. That is exactly what a Bangkok food importer on SAP B1 needs. DLVX has shipped 60+ platforms since 2021 for clients including Daikin, Zalando, MediaMarkt and Board of Innovation.

14

does erp integration work with thai systems like express accounting or businessplus?

Yes. Thai-specific systems get a purpose-built protocol adapter. Express Accounting and BusinessPlus expose CSV or SFTP exports, sometimes a REST endpoint, and Formula ERP has a richer API. Discovery maps the available protocol per data domain, then normalises Thai-language master data into a clean UTF-8 layer so nothing gets mangled downstream.

15

can an erp integration project qualify for boi promotion?

DLVX flags BOI Activity 8 eligibility during discovery. Activity 8 covers software development, digital platforms and digital content. An ERP bridge alone does not automatically trigger BOI status, but the wider software operation around it often does. We map what qualifies, your BOI consultant or in-house counsel files it.

16

is dlvx actually based in bangkok for erp integration work?

Yes. DLVX runs a Bangkok studio in the Sukhumvit corridor with a Thai senior partner, and site visits to your office, warehouse, hotel front desk or ERP admin's room are part of the engagement. UTC+7 timezone, no handoff lag, 24-hour email response, English-first with Thai-language training for finance teams. EU engineering standards, Bangkok desk.

04
