For sales and service teams

Every enquiry sorted and with the right person.

An email or form comes in. The workflow reads it, sets the type and urgency, picks the owner with your rules and hands them the context. Nothing waits in a shared inbox.

An enquiry reaches the right person.
  1. Enquiry arrives. Email, web form or LINE message.
  2. Type and urgency set. Backed by the customer's own words.
  3. Owner assigned. Your routing rules choose the person.
  4. Owner notified. The context and next step arrive together.

Your team sees why it was sorted that way.

Questions.

What is in the written plan?

One page: what we would automate in your workflow, how it connects to the tools you already use, what it costs to build and run, and roughly how much time it saves. It is free and you owe us nothing.

What does the first build cost?

If the plan makes sense, we build that one workflow for USD 350 (THB 12,000), fixed until it works or your money back. You test it on your own inputs on a private page before anything touches your live systems.

And wiring it into our live systems?

That is the production build, quoted in writing before you commit: one workflow live in your own tools starts from USD 5,500, and the 350 comes off it in full.

Who builds it?

Our own team in Bangkok and Brussels. The person you meet is the person who builds it, and you keep the code, the prompts and the accounts.

What happens to our data?

In production it stays in your own accounts wherever we can, and a person approves anything that leaves your company. Before we start, you get in writing which model provider processes which data. The public demos run on Anthropic's Claude models from our server and delete inputs after 30 days.
