bangkok / fintech development

we build the fintech your queue keeps postponing.

your board asked for kyc v2, a lao module and ai underwriting in parallel. we ship all three in twelve weeks while your engineers stay on the core product.

scope a fintech sprint
the dlvx bangkok studio, sukhumvit

we are a fast fintech build partner in bangkok, and every price we publish is on the page. custom platforms from usd 18,500. ai underwriting starts as one workflow at usd 350 (thb 12,000), fixed until it works or your money back, then the production build that wires it live from usd 5,500, with a larger multi workflow programme quoted in writing. bot reporting and erp integration from usd 16,500. the written plan is free, and the scope lands in your inbox after one thirty-minute call. we have shipped production projects since 2021, including jobfin, the careers platform the belgian federal finance ministry hires through. the daikin, zalando, mediamarkt and board of innovation builds came through the agencies we build with, and each case on our work page explains our role. brussels engineering standards, a bangkok studio on sukhumvit since 2024. one accountable team, a named lead and direct access to the engineers. the code sits in your own repo from the first commit. production ship, never a proof of concept.

01 . why bangkok fintech

capital is not your bottleneck. build capacity is.

districts: phrom phong, asoke, sathorn, silomstack: next.js + postgres + claude code, aws region selectablerails: promptpay, 2c2p, omise, bay api, bot reportingour scale: production projects shipped since 2021, brussels and bangkok

bangkok series a fintech has all the money it needs and none of the engineering hours. 500 global tuktuks, beacon vc, east ventures, scb 10x and krungsri finnovate keep writing cheques into a tier of roughly a hundred technical co-founders running teams of 20 to 80 engineers across phrom phong, asoke and sathorn. every one of those teams is six months behind its own roadmap. capital is easy in this city. senior build capacity is the scarce thing, and that is exactly what we sell.

we already know your stack because we build it every week. next.js on the front end. postgres plus prisma for data. aws region selectable for your bot residency posture. linear plus cursor plus claude code as the engineering process. promptpay, 2c2p or omise on checkout, with a payment partner integration into bay, scb, kbank or kbtg. your internal tooling is whatever the cto shipped when the team was five people and is now carrying forty. then the queue lands on top: kyc v2 for thai sme onboarding, a lao or vietnam expansion module, the ai underwriting feature promised in the deck, and the bot regulatory reporting layer from the latest notification. one team cannot ship four workstreams. we take three of them.

we run the parallel workstream your cto cannot touch, and we run it faster than any agency in this city. twelve-week sprint, fixed scope, weekly demo, production deployment on your own aws or vercel. ai integration ships in 21 working days when that is the whole job. sprint shapes we build on repeat: a kyc v2 onboarding flow with thai national id verification, a lao or vietnam expansion module with local rail wiring, an ai underwriting feature on claude api with the human-in-the-loop checkpoint bot examiners look for, or a bot reporting pipeline pulling production postgres into the supervisory format on a daily schedule.

the proof is heavyweight and it is european. daikin, zalando, mediamarkt and board of innovation are our clients. nemesis is a client. jobfin is the careers platform the belgian federal finance ministry hires through, built by us. in bangkok we build for propick property, unreal gym and noirr, and propick went from 39 to 79 google clicks and 1,163 to 3,955 impressions in 28 days, average position 15.9 to 13.5, read live from search console. eu engineering standards, pdpa and eu ai act ready, with our bangkok team in the room.

04 . the sprint method

twelve weeks. fixed scope. your code, your repo, day one.

week 1-2

scope and architecture.

weeks 1 to 2

thirty-minute kickoff, then a two-week architecture sprint, quoted in writing with the build. spec document, data model, api contracts, security model, bot and pdpa position, integration map. you sign every line before a single production commit.

week 3-8

build.

weeks 3 to 8

weekly demo straight to the cto. production deployment on your aws or vercel. linear board synced to yours. a named lead owns the outcome and the team sits in your slack or line channel through bangkok hours. specialists on every layer, one point of contact.

week 9-10

ship.

weeks 9 to 10

qa, load test, security review. the fix list closes inside the sprint, never after it. dns cutover and release coordination with your team. lighthouse 95+ on every consumer surface and a security review on every sensitive data flow.

week 11-12

stabilise.

weeks 11 to 12

production monitoring, post-launch bugfix window, handover document, knowledge transfer to your engineers. ninety-day care window included. no second contract, no upsell, no hostage code.

05 . questions from bangkok ctos

what bangkok series a ctos ask first.

01

do you work alongside our internal engineering team?

that is the entire model. we take the parallel workstream your cto cannot touch while running the core product. one senior engagement lead, direct slack or line access, weekly demo synced to your sprint cadence. we never send six juniors and bill you for the training. one dedicated team owns the outcome, the same way we run daikin, zalando and board of innovation.

02

do you understand bot compliance and the lending business act?

we build bot-aware from week one. supervisory reporting templates, section 8 lending business act audit trails, bot notification 11/2562 customer protection rules, and the equivalents for a lao or vietnam expansion. your compliance lead or counsel co-authors the regulatory approach with us in weeks 1 to 2, so nothing gets discovered after launch. eu ai act and pdpa readiness comes standard because we engineer to european standards.

03

what stack do you build on?

next.js, typescript, postgres and prisma by default. vercel plus supabase, or aws in the region you pick. claude api for ai workflows and claude code as the engineering interface. payment rails wired to promptpay, 2c2p, omise, scb pay, kbank pay or bay api on your current setup. every choice is a standard you can hire for and replace. we lock you into nothing.

04

how do you handle data residency for thai customer data?

you pick the region and we build to it. for stricter residency, bot-regulated entities and boi-promoted workloads, we deploy in-country on a thai cloud provider or an in-region aws footprint. the data flow map is locked in weeks 1 to 2. cross-border transfer to claude api is documented under pdpa b.e. 2562, sections 19, 23 to 29 and 37, with section 28 for cross-border, the legitimate basis named and the safeguards in place.

05

what does a sprint cost?

every price we publish is on this page, which is more than any agency in bangkok will show you before a meeting. the written plan is free and the architecture sprint is quoted in writing with the build. custom platform builds from usd 18,500. ai integration starts at one workflow for usd 350 (thb 12,000), fixed until it works or your money back, the production build that wires it live starts at usd 5,500, and a larger multi workflow programme is quoted in writing, with its support quoted in writing alongside the build. one live workflow kept running is usd 450 (thb 15,500) a month per live workflow. erp and bot reporting integration from usd 16,500. agentic engineering is a separate offer with its own technical scope at usd 4,750. priced per deliverable, never per hour, and the exact sprint shape lands in your inbox after one thirty-minute call.

06

do you have other thai fintech clients we can reference?

we have built for daikin, zalando, mediamarkt and board of innovation, plus jobfin, the careers platform the belgian federal finance ministry hires through, and nemesis. Production projects since 2021. in bangkok we build for propick property, unreal gym and noirr, and propick went from 39 to 79 google clicks and 1,163 to 3,955 impressions in 28 days, read live from search console. bring us your hardest workstream and judge us on the two-week architecture sprint, not on a logo wall.

07

what about ip ownership?

you own everything from the first commit. the github repo is yours, the deployment sits in your aws or vercel account, and the contract assigns ip explicitly. no escrow, no licence-back, no dependency you cannot swap out. we keep our own operating playbook and nothing else. that is the point of hiring a studio instead of renting a black box.

06 . go further

other entrances.

ready for week 1?

clear your build queue this quarter.

book a thirty-minute call and we come back inside 24 hours with a sprint shape, a fixed price and a start date, or a straight no. brussels since 2021, bangkok studio on sukhumvit since 2024. one dedicated team, your repo, production ship.
