the operating brain for bangkok hospitality.

one booking system, one inventory layer, one ai host answering guests in thai at 2am. built by the studio behind daikin, zalando and mediamarkt, now on sukhumvit.

you stop running four venues from a phone screen at 6am. we build the one unified booking system, the one inventory layer that talks to the catering arm and the shopify shop, and the one ai host on line oa that answers guests in thai and english around the clock. your thai pos stays. flowaccount stays. line oa stays. we build the seam that has been missing since you opened. we have shipped 60+ platforms since 2021 for daikin, zalando, mediamarkt, board of innovation and the careers platform the belgian federal finance ministry hires through. nobody else in bangkok brings that engineering bench to a thonglor f and b group. custom apps from usd 18,500. every price on the page. code in your own repo from day one.

01 . why bangkok hospitality

every venue in this city runs on duct tape. we build the brain.

districts: thonglor, ekkamai, phrom phong, asoke, ari, sukhumvit, sathornstack: loyverse or storehub or ocha / flowaccount / line oa / shopify / facebook pageregulation: pdpa b.e. 2562, sections 19, 23 to 29, 37 (cross-border per section 28)languages: en for owner, th for staff and guests

here is your saturday. four venues across thonglor, ekkamai and phrom phong. a thai pos on ipads at every one of them. flowaccount on the accountant's laptop. four facebook pages with no shared booking. paper payroll and an excel sheet for the kitchen and floor crews. a six-year-old shopify shop selling house-made chilli paste that loses to lazada on price. line oa carries every real guest conversation because that is where thai guests live. and you run all of it from a phone screen at 6am between prep and lunch rush. that is not an operations problem. that is a missing system.

the tools are not the enemy. the seam between them is. a booking from a facebook page never reaches the right venue calendar. the kitchen order at thonglor never shows on the catering arm's purchase log. a guest asking about a table at 11pm gets read by an exhausted owner and answered the next afternoon, by which point they booked somewhere else. a shopify order for chilli paste never deducts from the catering reserve. that seam is bleeding you hours every week and covers every month.

we build the seam. one booking layer that ingests facebook, google business profile, line oa and your own site, posts to the venue-specific calendar, and fires the confirmation in thai to the guest and english to you. one inventory dashboard pulling your thai pos, the catering ledger and shopify into a single stock truth, with low-stock flags per sku and purchase orders written to your suppliers automatically. one ai host on line oa answering availability, menu, dietary, parking and table preference in thai and english, day and night, handing off to a named staff member the second a question lands outside the bounds.

the stack stays light and it stays yours. your thai pos stays. flowaccount stays. line oa stays. shopify stays. we add a thin next.js layer wired to each system through its documented api plus a claude layer for the ai host. no proprietary tool you cannot fire us and keep using. no plugin sprawl. you get one dashboard on your phone, your host stand gets the booking and inventory view on a tablet, and the whole thing lands on a fixed date at a fixed price. one senior team, no juniors, no handoffs, no account manager standing between you and the engineer.

02 . what we build for bangkok hospitality

five workflows that replace the phone screen.

03 . case anchor

we have already built this brain for a venue business.

04 . the studio method

four phases, one deadline, zero surprises.

phase 0

discovery.

1 to 2 weeks

we walk every venue and the catering arm ourselves. every system inventoried, loyverse, flowaccount, facebook, line oa, shopify, calendars. hours counted per role. the workflows that pay back first, ranked. pdpa data flow mapped for guest data. refundable if we do not find the saving.

phase 1

foundation.

weeks 1 to 3

booking layer wired to every source. venue calendars synced. line oa ai host live in version one. owner dashboard in your hand. one venue runs as the pilot so the rollout is boring by design.

phase 2

rollout.

weeks 3 to 5

every remaining venue onboarded. inventory dashboard live across pos, catering and shopify. staff trained on site in english and thai at the host stand, the kitchen and the office. thai guest communication live.

phase 3

stabilise.

weeks 5 to 6 plus 90 days care

monitoring on every venue. the ai host tuned on real guest queries every week. revenue and fill rate measured against your phase 0 baseline so you see exactly what the build bought you. ninety days of care included.

05 . questions from bangkok operators

what bangkok hospitality owners ask first.

01

do we have to replace our pos?

no. your thai pos stays, whether it is loyverse, storehub or ocha. flowaccount stays. line oa stays. shopify stays. we add a thin integration layer that talks to each one through its api. we integrate with every dominant thai pos, matched to your restaurant scale. no proprietary tool you cannot walk away from, and the code sits in your own repo from day one. you own the stack, we own the seam.

02

how do you handle thai guests on line oa?

claude answers them natively in thai. availability, menu, dietary restrictions, parking, table preference, all of it, at 2am on a saturday. we tune it to your host crew's actual warmth, so it reads like your venue and not like a chatbot. the moment a query lands outside the bounds, a complaint, a press request, a vip, it hands off to a named staff member with the full conversation attached. you set the threshold per category.

03

what about pdpa for guest data?

handled, and handled by people who ship under eu engineering standards every week. guest booking and service data is personal data under pdpa b.e. 2562, sections 19, 23 to 29, 37, with cross-border under section 28. we lock the data flow map in phase 0. retention is set per use case, marketing consent tracked separately, no consent no marketing. cross-border transfer to the claude api is documented in the same framework. your thai counsel gets a document they can sign off, not a shrug. pdpa and eu ai act ready.

04

we have one venue today and three more in the pipeline. how does the build scale?

we size it for ten venues on day one. you launch with one, and each new venue is two to three days of configuration, not a rebuild. booking, inventory and the line oa host are venue-agnostic at the data layer, so opening number four costs you a phone call and a weekend, not a project.

05

do we need a thai accountant to use flowaccount?

keep your accountant. flowaccount stays, and they keep filing vat, withholding tax and corporate income tax exactly as they do now. the inventory dashboard reads flowaccount data, so you and your accountant finally look at the same numbers on the same day. the monthly reconciliation chase stops at your level.

06

how long until we see results?

fast. phase 0 runs one to two weeks. phase 1 puts a working pilot in one venue in three weeks. the full group is live in five to six weeks. the line oa ai host gives you hours back from the first day of phase 2. better booking capture and tighter stock show up in your first full month after rollout. we move faster than any agency in this city because there is one senior team on it and nobody to hand off to.

07

what about staff training?

two sessions per venue, on site, at the host stand, in the kitchen and in the office. english and thai for the floor crews. an operating handbook in both languages. a recorded walkthrough in your google drive. a one-page restart guide laminated at every host stand. your crew is running it without us in week one.

06 . go further

other entrances.

ready for phase 0?

let us walk your venues.

we walk your venues, count the hours, and hand you a twelve-page scoping document one to two weeks later. refundable if we do not find a material time or revenue saving. we have shipped 60+ platforms since 2021, brussels since 2021 and a bangkok studio on sukhumvit since 2024. custom apps from usd 18,500, published, no discovery call needed to learn the price.
