The service

Piexels delivers websites, software, automation, and AI workflow work on a scoped project, task, or retainer basis. Each engagement is defined before work begins.

Scope and revisions

A task covers the agreed deliverable and acceptance criteria. Scope that exceeds the original brief, depends on missing client input, or requires third-party access will be scheduled or quoted separately before work continues.

Payment

Payment terms are defined in the quote, invoice, or written agreement. Payments may be handled through Wise bank transfer or Stripe. Work can be paused when invoices are overdue or required access is missing.

Delivery and review

Delivery dates depend on clear scope, timely feedback, and access to the required tools. Client feedback should be shared in one clear batch where possible so it can be handled efficiently and verified properly.

Cancellation

Retainers can be cancelled according to the written agreement. Unless stated otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
