What counts as one workflow?
One input and one kind of output, with the rules a good result has to follow. For example: an enquiry email in, a triaged reply draft out. If your job has several steps that always run together, it still counts as one.
Do you need access to our systems?
No. In the pilot you paste or upload inputs on your private page. Connecting to your email, CRM or drive is part of the production build, in your own accounts.
What do you need from us?
A 30 minute call on day 1, five to ten real examples of the input (with personal details removed if you prefer), and one person who knows what a good output looks like. That is all.
What if it does not work?
We fix it until it works, or you get the USD 350 back. On day 1 we write down with you what "works" means, and your own marks on every run are the record. Mark a run as not usable and we fix it. If it still does not meet what we wrote down on day 1 before your 14 days end, write to hello@dlvx.co; the full USD 350 is refunded within 5 business days, no argument.
What happens after the 14 days?
The page stops taking new runs. You can still open it and copy every output for 14 more days, then inputs and outputs are deleted, unless you continue. Nothing renews and nothing is charged automatically.
How does the credit work?
Accept the production quote within 30 days of the walkthrough and the full USD 350 comes off it. One workflow live in your tools is USD 5,500, so USD 5,150 after the credit. Model and hosting costs in production are billed to you by the providers; we estimate them in the quote.
What happens to our data?
Use a redacted or sample example for this form. In the pilot, inputs are processed by Anthropic's Claude models from our server and stored in our database only to run your pilot. They are deleted 14 days after the pilot page closes, unless you continue with us. Form examples are deleted after 30 days if no pilot starts. Your page link is the key: share it only inside your team.
Who builds it?
Wil Delvaux, the founder, owns every pilot: the day 1 call, the build review, the walkthrough and the quote. The build itself is done with AI coding agents under his review. Questions during the 14 days go to hello@dlvx.co, answered within 1 business day.
Will you use our pilot as a case study?
Only if you say yes, and never with your data in it. Saying no changes nothing about the pilot.
