a gym, recovery club and shop in bangkok. we replaced a 42-plugin wordpress site with a custom website and a live day-pass flow. now we’re building the staff tools and member app around the same business. our founder wil is also a co-owner of unreal.

the first job was to make the gym easier to understand and visit. we rebuilt the website in next.js, redirected the old pages and added structured data, a clean sitemap and crawler files. the day-pass flow brings identification, a signature and promptpay qr payment into one journey. customers can buy a pass today; the wider shop catalogue is prepared for release once staff confirm stock.
the next build: one place to run the gym.
unreal os is in development for the front desk, trainers and management. it brings leads, day passes, member records, sessions and availability into a shared staff console, with access based on each person’s role. the aim is straightforward: give the team the information they need without moving between separate tools and spreadsheets.
