a website, and the os they run the gym on.

a luxury gym on three floors in bangkok. we replaced a 42-plugin wordpress site with a fast custom build, then went further, and shipped the operations system the front desk runs the gym from.

the new site. half the html weight, structured data on every page

the old site ran on wordpress with 42 plugins, no structured data, and a sitemap full of duplicate and admin pages. search engines and ai assistants had to guess what the business even was. we rebuilt the whole thing in next.js. every page now ships json-ld and clean meta, ai-crawler readiness went from 49 to 100, and 49 seo and geo landing pages target bangkok gym intent, including an authority page for co-founder calum von moger.

the difference

we didn't stop at a website. we built unreal os.

the operations system the gym is run from. a supabase backend with row-level security, a booking flow that enforces class capacity in the database, and a control room that folds chococrm, whatsapp, instagram, line and spreadsheets into one morning glance, before the 8am huddle.
