What is in the written plan?
One page: what we would automate in your workflow, how it connects to the tools you already use, what it costs to build and run, and roughly how much time it saves. It is free and you owe us nothing.
What does the first build cost?
If the plan makes sense, we build that one workflow for USD 350, fixed until it works or your money back. You test it on your own inputs on a private page before anything touches your live systems.
And wiring it into our live systems?
That is the production build, quoted in writing before you commit: one workflow live in your own tools starts from USD 5,500. Accept that quote within 30 days of the pilot walkthrough and the pilot fee comes off it in full.
And who keeps it running afterwards?
You can, because you keep the code, the prompts and the accounts. If you would rather we did, workflow care is optional and costs USD 450 a month per live workflow: every scheduled run monitored while we keep the access the workflow needs, with failures alerting us rather than you, a response on a broken workflow inside one business day, and up to two hours of repair a month when a tool or a model changes under it. Work beyond those two hours is quoted in writing before we start. One written report a month covers runs, failures and what changed. New workflows are priced separately, and software subscriptions and model usage stay in your own accounts. Thirty days notice on either side, no annual lock.
Who builds it?
Our own team in Bangkok and Brussels. The person you meet is the person who builds it, and you keep the code, the prompts and the accounts.
What happens to our data?
In production it stays in your own accounts wherever we can, and a person approves anything that leaves your company. Before we start, you get in writing which model provider processes which data.
