What do you need from me for the free check?
Your website and an email address. We read your site, work out what you sell and where, and draft three questions a buyer would ask, without your business name in them. Add one of your own if you like: it runs as a fourth when it asks AI to name businesses. The answers show on the page in about a minute, with a copy by email. Free check records are kept 180 days, see the privacy policy.
Which AI engines do you check?
ChatGPT and Google AI Mode. ChatGPT is asked through OpenAI's API with web search on. Google AI Mode is read from Google search. Every answer is shown raw, with its date.
Can you guarantee ChatGPT will recommend us?
No, and nobody honestly can. We show the evidence and the fixes. If the diagnostic is not useful to you, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we refund the full EUR 390.
Do you need access to my site or analytics?
No logins. After payment a ten minute intake asks for your site, buyer questions, competitors and markets. The 3 business days start when it is complete.
What happens after the diagnostic?
Fix things yourself with the list, or we do it in the Growth Engine. Start within 30 days of delivery and the full EUR 390 is credited.
Terms and refunds, in plain words
- Prices are in EUR. The seller is Delvaux LLC, payment runs through Stripe. Prices exclude any taxes your business may need to self assess.
- The diagnostic is paid up front and delivered in 3 business days, Bangkok time. The clock starts when your intake is complete.
- Refund: if you do not find the diagnostic useful, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we refund the full EUR 390, no questions. Write to hello@dlvx.co, we answer within 1 business day.
- Credit: the full EUR 390 is credited against the Growth Engine if you start it within 30 days of report delivery.
- Growth Engine: cancel with 30 days notice. If your visibility score has not moved after 90 days, the next month is on us.
- AI answers change from day to day. Every result is dated, and we never promise a ranking or a number one spot. ChatGPT is asked through OpenAI's API with web search on.
- We use your site address, questions and competitors only to run your check or diagnostic. Free check records are deleted after 180 days unless you buy; orders and results after 400 days. Processors: DataForSEO (Google AI Mode and OpenAI), Upstash, Resend, Stripe, Vercel, and Composio, which relays ad measurement events to Meta. Meta receives those events as an independent recipient under its own terms. Details in the privacy policy.
