what we built.
One iPhone app with four moments, each short enough to actually do. Built by dlvx with a partner studio.
A daily routine, in one product.
The plan sits in a notebook, habits in another app, and the inbox takes over. Alfred brings the morning, the working day, the evening and the week into one place.
Product strategy, interface design, an iPhone app and a weekly AI review. In beta on TestFlight, with the next release clearly marked below.

four minutes to open the day.
Alfred greets you by name with your own statement and five values. Tick each one, then answer five short questions, mostly by tap. The cash flow answer becomes the day's #1 target.

what a founder's day needs, cut down to four moments that each fit in minutes.
- iOS app in Expo
React Native on Expo, one codebase, shipped to TestFlight through EAS builds.
- design system
paper by day, charcoal at night, one accent, and the dlvx pebble as Alfred. every tap answers with a press and a light haptic.
- sync with per user security
offline first. the phone syncs to Supabase in the background, and row level security keeps every row readable by its owner only.
- accounts and Face ID
email sign in, then Face ID to open the day, with the session kept in the iPhone keychain.

a morning killed halfway resumes on the same step with the answers intact; an audit at 01:00 closes the right day.

Alfred is in beta on TestFlight as of 28 September 2026. Anything marked in build is not in that beta yet. Screens marked test data show QA fixtures, not a real person’s week. The people in the photographs are Unsplash photos, not Alfred users. Built by dlvx with a partner studio.
