The Revenue Department lists a 3% withholding rate for service and professional fees paid to a Thai company, or to a foreign company with a permanent branch in Thailand. This estimator does not calculate withholding tax. Read the corporate income tax guide.
Formula, prices and limits
Year 1 uses users times the discounted plan price times 12. Years 2 and 3 each use users times list price times 12. Implementation uses the recommended first Success Pack, or your own partner quote. The 3 year total adds those exact amounts. VAT is 7% of that total. Each displayed figure is rounded independently to the nearest THB 100.
Odoo prices shown to a visitor in Europe on 30 October 2026, converted at 1 EUR = 38 THB. Odoo sets prices per country, so your quote in Thailand can differ. Returning customer pack prices are shown here only: Starter THB 22,300, Basic THB 117,800, Standard THB 209,000, Custom THB 376,200, Pro THB 752,400. Light User costs EUR 7.90 through an Odoo advisor and is never included in the calculation.

- The subscription total does not include Odoo.sh hosting, implementation services, in app purchase credits.
- Custom plan features are Odoo Studio, Multi Company, External API, Odoo.sh or on premise hosting. Selecting any of them forces the Custom plan.
- One App Free costs EUR 0 for one app with unlimited users. It is not a 3 year subscription scenario.
- The Success Pack recommendation follows your selected scope. A partner quote replaces its price but does not change the recommended pack shown in the brief.
- No withholding tax is added to or deducted from the result. Tax facts are sourced information, not tax advice.
